If scruitnize the Creative-Critical-Demanding and award points for that then Creative is a good point, critical can be balanced or sometime negative or positive. Demanding is definitely negative in case of an employer. So this person has1 positive and1 negative charachter.

If you scrutny hard worker-Polite and Silent employee then Hard worker is definitely positive, polite is also a positive quality and Silent can be neutral.

So in theoritically Hard worker-polite-Silent is preferable. Still if its for Managerial level we can go for Creative-Critical-Demanding but for lower level Hard worker-Polite and Silent employee is better.

Each job position requires a specific personality & charisma of employee. So it is better to specify the personality requirements for each Job, then you match the employee (or prospect employee) to the job requirements, after that you select the best match.

In my opinion, we cannot say that such kind of employee is better than others. It depends on where you will hire them and if their personlaity match with their jobs or not!

Hard worker is always wanted but creative is better as they will bring new ideas which will cause gain more profit even though they are critical or demanding but they are better.

A hard worker-polite-silent employee will be better than a creative-critical-demanding employee who is creative mind but alway creat problems for his colleagues, superiors and the company also.
