Once an organisation is well known little marketing is needed when no new product is launched.
Some social organisations do not do any marketing. Their good work does the advertising .
Networking organizations like AMWAY does very little marketing as there are no dealers. And network members are themselves consumers. if they like the product they reffer it to their friends.
An organization can establish their credibility if they are rendering a product which is a necessity to some consumers, e.g Cigarettes. Not all of the tobacco companies are marketing their products but still they are generating revenue. If there is a need there will be a want.

Nop ,, they might do it without marketing specilists ,but never without marketing

Marketing is the process of communicating the value of a brand, product or service to customers. So if you don't communicate the value of your organisation's brand, product or service how can you establish credibility.There are many mode of marketing which may or may not involve spend to position yourself. I believe your question is - Is it possible to establish credibility without spending money. Then the answer is yes. But if you are really questioning all forms of marketing - NO
