What communication style do you prefer?

Written communication.

.Talk to someone in person if it is not possible to meet him/her  I'll speak to them on the phone.

If it is something quite straightforward and routine, email, letter are more than adequate. If it is something of high importance or of a more "personal" nature, a telephone call might be enough but for me it would always have to be face to face. You can learn so much from a person's facial expressions and body language, it's surprising the diffence in attitude when people don't have the anonimity of an email or the written word to hide behind! 

State options, and I will choose.

Contact telephony better - because it is up to any place at any time

It is according to the situation itself.Sometimes e mails are better .Sometimes face to face is better.

EMAIL, TELEPHONE, FAX, WRITTEN, VERBAL, NON VERBAL, LANGUAGE LOCAL  AND  OFFICIAL 

IN A SCIENTIFIC MANNERS

Verbal is the best,l get to see how the other person is reacting to my statements or comments.The phone is so misleading,some people laugh when they are annoyed.SMS's are the worst and so is Whatsapp.
