A a CSR(customer service rep) what do you do when the customer says had been wrongly charged for calls, internet connection, sms or MMS fees. Will sending an itemized bill to the customer solve the problem. Will the customer be charged for the itemized bill (generating an itemized bill has an extra cost and cost of printing and postage also costs money).
This is very big problem, the customer upset , trying to calmhim and ultimately will pay money
I am sure that everything made from my mobile are done by me , But we have to make sure that it charge up by the normal price , for myself i faced alot of problem in my cell line but not for MMS or SMS , but it for internt fees as it may be opened for any customer and he / she don't know till he / she charge by it , by sequence i advice any one work in field of communications MUST make sure that serivces on any line not activited till the customer ask for it.
