First of all , list all tasks that i have and put priority then if i have team , i will start to arrange meetingtodelegate these tasks based on employee qualifications and keep mointoring them to finalize it p

One thing I understood from about time management is that in order to manage our time efficient we need to eliminate distractions that prohibit us from performing our tasks or delay the completion of projects. I find the best way to make the most of my day is to know where our time is actually going. I think, alot of people have this issue. I definitely have it.
