Generally Organisations depend on the Result of any devlopment and award it as per their choice but not on the strategies made for the devlopment.. They donot understand that the strategy is the output of the total market knowhow and its implementation in a proper way with proper time.Before making a strategy It should be thoroughly passed through various sectors on data,Analysis,Vision, Calculation,and Awareness. A lot of imagination too is required for projecting any devlopmental issue of an organisation.
If you want to make a strategy based on the buisness devlopment of an organisation you should take in consediration all the circustance from the time frame to the situation of the market and from the organisational objectives to the analyzing of the personality of the executives who made it ( educational backround experience achievement .culture ...ect) and everything in and between and you should study many devlopment strategies of many organisations at the end you should create your own because in buisness 1+1 not always equal 2 .
