One thing, and that is, there is a difference between fiction and reality.
The Diligence
Patience is the most important and powerful advantage I had gained through my life after finishing school and university education. Exerting efforts to achieve targets, facing failures, rearranging ideas and begining once more, create patience within human soul. Many aspects are taught after education years.
I personally think where schools and tertiery institutions fail in our education is they dont teach people skills and communication skills. I think if they implement that into their daily schooling, our kids would be better equipt for the business world. Another very important tool would be problem solving and diversity training. It would help our kids to make better and easier carreer choices later in life.
there is a big difference between therorique and real work. you can be the first to school, but you can not succeed in your life and employment, because reality needs more skills than pen and paper
facing the reality.
Morals which we learnt in books which kept our moral alive
At school they teach us how to be good employees , I wish if they teach us how to create our own businesses and be financially independent . personaly I want to be employer instead of employee!!. I would suggest anyone to read a book by Robert Kiyosaki called "why a students work for c students" it is life changing book.
concentration stands head and shoulders above all the others.Nothing is achieved if one doesn't focus and focus needs concentration.I also learnt to co-exist,l am never and will never be alone,l need others the same way they need me,so we are dependent on each other.I also learnt that l have to bend like what trees do in the direction of the wind to allow others to enjoy the limelight. It is not alwys ME ME and ME,l have to celebrate others' success as l would want them to do mine.OOOOOPs it is LOOOOOOONG!!!!!!!!!!!
Schools lacked practical approach to work or how things act or are to be done in real life.
