What is ur experience or interest working with struggling learners?

It becomes a "challenge" and a matter of personal pride. Being able to motivate and bring out the best in others, especially those struggling is a great quality to have. Success is very rewarding, I won't consider failure, as "negativity" has no place in my life!!

I have met many struggling learners.Those who are motivated go forward.The problem is how to motivated the non motivated.I think the non motivated can be motivated by listening to them , simplifying matters,choosing peronal , attractive and funny materials.
