How do you describe an ideal administrator?

1- Ability to handle the staff  working under him in agood and decent way

2- Ability to deal with establishment problems in agood and swift way

3-Ability to deal in afair way with his all employee

Strong knowledge of duties and responsibilities, ability to work under stress and pressure, diplomatic skills.

First of all an Administrator must be a good leader,

he must have ability to understand his staffs

he must have technique to make his staffs work harder

he must be capable of explaining his points of affairs

he must be capable to solve problems of his staffs
