Most of the Job descriptions are written "nice" and looking "attractive" but are far from what you assignment will be, just because every thing changes.
HR are “playing” under the cover – I want to see if the candidate has imagination, but when they hire you, the firs thing they say is – No imaginations – YOU DO WHAT YOU ARE TOLD TO DO.
