I guess , jungles are thicker in trees and creatures than the forest. Besides; forests can be inside a city, while the jungles can't

I will use my personal explanation based on my own schema on this topic. Goegraphically and semantically, the difference is interrelated. A jungle is a tropical and very dense area of vegetation. A forest is an area with trees, flowers and greenery but not dense nor tropical.

Every jungle is a forest but not every forest is a jungle! A jungle is "thicker" and less penetrable with less varieties of trees being mainly young trees, vines and lianas. The Amazon rainforest is theoretically a jungle.

The main difference between a forest and a jungle is that a forest comprises many tree species of almost all varieties while a jungle usually has limited vegetation that includes young trees, herbaceous plants, lianas and vines. A forest is generally considered penetrable while a jungle is not. A forest is about five times as large as a jungle.
