I can say it ,Quality means doing right, especially when no one is looking.I think it is better

Quality systems are establishing the process and methods to do things right without somebody watching....Everybody should know what they should do in a right way and they should do it.......

Managers must facilitate this to happen by providing right methods and resources.....

I think the quality system based on auditing , but the auditing must be positive "looking" to advance
