You might need to consider different factors, such as: 

1-  Are you reaching to your target market?

2- Is your product catchy enough for customers to buy it, Or it need improvement?

3- Is the price convenient to your target market.

4- Are you working hard enough to promote your product in different ways?

 

These factors, if you lookde at the them and used them to improve your product, people will start buying it for sure.

It might be one of three reason as follows:-

The poor of quality.

The price was high.

 

The marketing team not qualified.

I think for2 MAIN reason , First i didn't make the market study and economic studies as well to see the demond and the need of my products or service , Second i didn't hier the right sales persons which know well the mean of being sales man and the Goal of sales as well.
