If you are a cabin crew of a prestigious airline, on board you have ten VIP passengers three of them having reservation issue on business class, and must be moved to economy class, how will you convince them the situation??
If i am in your place , first i MUST start by saying it was our pleasure see you travel on our Air line and offer them any drink , then you start your words but i am really very sorry and don't know how to start my words and complete your pharse by saying after check up we discovered that your reservation was on economy class and really i wish to help on that but i can't as you know sir according to our ploicy we can tranfer you now , by sequence i ask you to support me to move your place there an donce again i am really sorry for that.
Best thing is to have all the information about these passenger's reservation issues and look for other best times these passengers can enjoy traveling in busniess class on another plane at the nearest time that is convinient to them. It should only come from the passenenger if they want to be down graded to economy class and not the airline. Airline should always provide the next best or equivalent service the passengers would have paid for.
