Hi,

Communication & negotiations is a very important part of any businesss on daily business if utilized they increase ones ability to understand the situation better & is able to takle the same more effectively. The same is part of any core sales team and hence if utilized on daily basis will help someone to understand and play a vital role in improving there sales & marketing skills.

It helps to prepare for any unexpected event in the line of work that you are in, be it sales, marketing or any other function. The randomness of everyday situations in your life is what trains your brain here.

Communication on a daily really impacts the sale and marketing process. Regular conversations helps a person gain confidence and lose the fear of  approaching a client . The sales person becomes confident with every communication and negotiation of his, with the client.

However it all depends on the individual , the reason I say this is because if someone has to enhance his skills he would analyse it and if someone doesn't want to then no matter what happens,he will not change.
