Drunkards, people who keep envy and wait for a chance to degrade you, people with below average cultural and educational background and people who drink liquor, shout and fight in the night while other are asleep. What do you think about these kinds of people to mingle with?
I know it's not easy to manage these people - but thats where i see an oppurtunity for a people manager to stand, survive and show his superiority. Instead of touching their personal values, i would focus on the professional work and see whether they succeed or not. Side-by-side i will keep a tab on their personal activties and show their emotions/feelings/dirty things at work place as it should not affect others.
I have came across few profile like that who keep on looking for the opportunity to degrade you but the best to deal with them is IGNORANCE, silently ignore them and this will be degradation to them. Though, in person, gently reply them to avoid such behavior. If keep on continuing then let them do they want in fact such individual have personality dis-order or frustration and they want such cheap act to overcome their complex issue.
