Why in Marketing and sales the aspirants of the age of 25 and 35 are preferred than 40 to 50 years with the same qualification and better experience?

because they have higher ability to accept change, make quicker decisions even if they are stupid, not afraid of failure/risks and have the energy/courage to switch if they fail.

 Sales &  marketing jobs  needs :

1\\ Younger ages have more dynamics and fast movements in the market.

2\\ Younger ages have more ambitions and motivations.

3\\Older ages have less productivity .

4\\ Older ages have less ability for building new relationships.

5\\ Older ages  most of them are thinking about office jobs more than  site jobs.
