Most of the time job finders are confused and tense about the job finding. and scope of there field related job. They need advice and reference for finding the right placement.
before doing anything you have to write your CV professionally and do not ever lies in any feature you write about your self after that you will have to choose one of these 2 approaches:
1-first approach: you have to focus on specific technology you are best working with (like oracle, asp.net, ios ....) and if you dont have any experience with any technology you have to begin learning and taking some certificates2- second approach: if you are good in communication skills you can take master studies and then take a Phd certificate . after that you will have a very big chance to be a professor or an assistant professor in one of universities or institutes in UAE
First the most important advice is remember that you should never ever ever pay anyone upfront for a job opportunity. Paying someone to work is ridiculous. If a legitimate job wants to recruit you to the UAE they should pay for your visa costs and in most cases plane tickets. At the most you should ever pay is the fees to have your documents attested at the Embassy in your country.
Best of Luck.
