How can we prevent cyber bullying in schools?

I think we can never prevent it, as some learners are so stuborn and/or curious that they will not respond to programmes that target raising the awareness about risks in that area. Anyhow, cooperation between schools and parents and implementation of gate-guards will reduce cyber bullying.
