1. The 33KV port insulator is bigger than that of 11KV

2. Also the channel iron on 33KV is bigger than that of 11KV

3. The disc insulator on 33KV is 3 in each phase

It can be distinguished by insulator size used in Pin type and numbers of disc insulator used in suspension type.

Most of the times they are33kV. Also as people mentioned above - if you can check the insulators

1. Based on Nos. of Insulators2. Type of the Tower and also3. dead end terminal nos.of crimping.

By the hight of the towers and the length of insulators  and also the cables cross sections and note that the11 KV is used within the same city and33KV may be used between cities.

Checking the number of disc insulators should be useful. Normally11kV transmission lines used to have only one disc insulator where as33kV will have equals to or more than3.

we checks the length of the insulators, line leakage "ligne de fuite" in 30kV ,31.5mm/Kv *31Kv=945mm" is big than11kV "31.5mm/Kv *11Kv =346mm"  , and the number of insulator 30kV is more compared to 11kV.
