What have you done to improve your administration knowledge?

For me Experience only along with the discussing with the highly Experienced persons

There is nothing like experience in the Administration atmosphere and a good boss who doesn't mind serving as mentor, teacher, cheerleader and friend. I was lucky enough to find all of that!

Althought I dont have rich experience in administration but to improve my admin knowledge I always search for ongoing issues in administration and ask my friends whats new? whats going? and most important I pointout issues and ask my friends how do you deal with these issues and note the reply against issue to improve my knowledge...

Both education and experience has helped me to improve the Administration knowledge. but this learning is a continous process, there is no end for it and will be enhanced more during career life.
