Yes, in my case I have noticed that an applicat who has previous military experience is more disciplinate and reliable.
I consider previous military experience as a must for an applicant.
My organization didn't get the chance to hire a military applicant. But if they hire definitely organization give special preference, due to military experience and their strict discipline, the military personnel know the value of life, loyal with employer and team, Reliable work ethic, good communication skills, training, the value of a property and time.
No it's not a requirement but the applicant military status must be clear
Yes I will say Yes becuase Military Experience persons are well trained and disciplined in compliance so every one trust.
No our employer does not give special consideration to ex military as we are a hospital and employ doctors and nurses
When it comes to preferences upon hiring an applicant for me a prefences has something to do as to what is/are the vancancies. Looking at the advantages it depends on the background of the applicant work experiences, educational attainment. On the other hand a military applicant may have an advantage in the sense of the deciplenary training they been through, so yes its an advantage perhaps.
i did not observe it within the organizations that i worked for. Additionally, in my believe, it should not be taken too much into consideration for the work Experiences of the applicant.
Unfortunately I have not experienced any of that in south africa however I do feel that someone with a military background would have more discipline.
