it is very special to work in a field like special needs so i need to be nonstop learning more about my field - to give all my effort for the kids - to be in connection with family to achieve great results with the kids - help the society to share in the development steps for the special needs kids - increase my experience in my work field - exchange experience - use moden methods with kids
