  • As a1st step we should see to it that at least in the mid term period ie in a period of1 or2years the productions fascility should be able to break even. and make at least normal profits after that.
  • In todays global situation making abnormal profits is difficult as theat would bring in more competition, govenment interference and even warth of the consumer bodies
  • Innovation is the key to succes. The products should be tailor made for the cutomers requirement and not the other way round.
  • Before launching a product a thorough market survey should be done to know the actual need of the product in the market. Based on this survey analysis we can take a decision whether a product is to be traded or manufactured.
