Mention & discuss one of the methodologies used in performance improvement projects.

Dear sir 

Iam student of healthcare management .My project will be on quality and perfomance improvement in healthcare orginisation .

My answer will not be perfect at the moment ,becaouse iam still studying and reveiwing the methodologies has been used in organisations to find the best methology and the application can .make improvement in healthcare orginisation 

 , So far in my study i found many methodolgies used in perfomance and quality improvment such as sex sigma, lean thinking and more

 , I will update my answer as soon as i finish my project and find the resulth of my research
