What is the one thing you would change about the company/organization you work for today?

I woulld start with the communication between the company employees. It has to be perfected. Also, clear and outlined duties and responsibilities for each and every employee scheme must be in place, to avoid the one man-100 tasks principle, as it often happens.  

i will change every thing that is not helping the company in terms of achieving it goals

i think it is very important to make people worke in parallel not in series
