Is it possible to apply more than one effect on flash animation?

The best way to do this is to export the animation from flash as video, than do whatever the effect you want on after effect, and re import it on flash as video.

Note: in After Effects you can import SWF direct as video :)

You can import SWF files into AfterEffects, though keep your eye out as each SWF file imported into After Effects is flattened into a single continuously rasterized layer,
