Every one in his/her work will definitely face jealousy colleagues. And when jealousy strikes at the workplace, it is recommended that you avoid taking that resentment out on your work performance. How can we combine the competition and cooperation within one team work? How can we maintain the positive progress in work productivity??? What are the tips to do so????
I will not be polite, to describe him in the same way if, it is not !
1. Transparency for all my workers for which I acknowledge and who give good results, For the workers which is not perfoming well, set a clear goal from which I am thinking that they can do well and acknowledge them and try to persuade them to a more higher goal. I need to create healthy competition for which everyone knows that everyone is part of the team and no one is left out with nothing to do.
2. Clear Goal of each and every part of my team, If jealousy exists, then it would be possible for me to hold meetings and team building to which I know which individuals are feeling left out or not acknowledged and persuade him/her that they should take ownership of what I/manager gave them and do well.
Assign tasks to team members based on their area of expert and capabilities.
Employees will always try and compete on each other. when jealousy arises, I always tell the staff to not benchmark themselves against others, and instead to look within themselves and do better than where they currently stand at. this always bounces them back and they deliver better.
