If your colleagues describe you as "dynamic and very active employee",what can you do to keep on healthy competition among cooperative team work?

Every one in his/her work will definitely face jealousy colleagues. And when jealousy strikes at the workplace, it is recommended that you avoid taking that resentment out on your work performance. How can we combine the competition and cooperation within one team work? How can we maintain the positive progress in work productivity??? What are the tips to do so????

half of the responsibilty depends on you as an employee; to be friendly with your collegues as always you are.
and the other half of the responsibility depends on your manager; to give other collegues the chance and create it for them so they can be like the other dynamic & active employees.

The only time you will have a problem if you are an active and dynamic employee is if your co-workers are the exact opposite.
If your co-workers are generally lazy.
Then you may have a problem.
I think it is a wonderful thing to be dynamic and active it raises the bar.
When you raise the bar by being the best you can be it automatically draws those who are motivated to be the best that they can be.
You should not have to stifle who you are.
There may be times where you will have to tone it down just a little.
If you find yourself constantly having to be someone you are not then maybe you working at the wrong place or in the wrong profession.

1. Transparency for all my workers for which I acknowledge and who give good results, For the workers which is not perfoming well, set a clear goal from which I am thinking that they can do well and acknowledge them and try to persuade them to a more higher goal. I need to create healthy competition for which everyone knows that everyone is part of the team and no one is left out with nothing to do.

2. Clear Goal of each and every part of my team, If jealousy exists, then it would be possible for me to hold meetings and team building to which I know which individuals are feeling left out or not acknowledged and persuade him/her that they should take ownership of what I/manager gave them and do well.

Employees will always try and compete on each other. when jealousy arises, I always tell the staff to not benchmark themselves against others, and instead to look within themselves and do better than where they currently stand at. this always bounces them back and they deliver better.
