As far as i can tell from working in the Middle East, which you can define as an Arab World, Telecom Engineers earn between a low of SAR2000/Month to a High of maybe SAR50K/Month depending on your technical expertise, your relevant experience, the company you will join and maybe a bit of luck when you are searching for a job.
Entry level telecom engineers with1-2yrs experience hired by many contractors/subcontractors via manpower staffing agencies initially offer a low of SAR2K-3K/month salary with bachelor accommodation, free transport to/from ofc or jobsite, free government medical insurance, tools of the trade, and trainings as required.
Food though is generally included in your salary package.
If you get lucky, that you joined a multinational company, a telecom vendor, or integrator, or big name consultancy firms, the pay can be multiples of2-5 times that of the above mentioned rate plus other benefits like family status, a car, educational plan etc.
If you are in the managerial level and get lucky to be employed with state owned corporations or telcos or vendors, your monthly salary is upward of USD4K/month plus whatever you negotiate with the employer.
