There advantages and disadvantages of online training, disadvatage would be no interaction and its up to you if how fast you can cope up with the training. Most company used online training because of time,cost and manpower. Time because employees can do it at home while on their break its anytime and anywhere thing. Cost effective you will not pull out your manpower/employee while on their job just to do the training and this might cost delay. Manpower= they can concentrate on their job(these are the advantage that i know benefit mostly the company). Everything has a pros and cons effect it is still up to the person how and what he can get from the online training. But for me you can learn a lot from online training if you are not the typical clasroom training person and you accept the changes.
