Basically all writers except the official one,are a good thinkers and they write about their past and present beautifully...so they usually write about himself or the persons he came across.

Technically, writing in itself is addressed towards a certian of people....namely the educated....not just those who knows how to read & write, but rather the ones that actually can understand what's been writen..... In some cases writers do use high standard vocabulary that only certain sect can grasp...but on general terms, they use avarage language that is mostly understandable for the educated masses.

Writer usually target a specific group of people as readers of his writeup. Each segment of readers has specific interest to read. For example, interest of a social scientist may not match with the interest of a physician. A younman may love to read romantic novel, an aged person could be interested to read a religious guide book. Therefore we could easily state that a writer targets a specific group of reader.
