The only reason I decided to start sharing my writings with others is my university's literary competition through which I managed to participate and take a shoot in the sphere of creating writing . Now that I have more confidence when declaring myself to be a creative writer I've been thinking to take a furhter step and share my writing with a wider scope of readers, and the first thought that crossed my mind is to have my own blog.
So yes, I would say it's a good way to start.
I do , I wrote in facebook before and it's more likely to get your work stolen or getting silly explaination for what you wrote , Blogs are for those who love writting and they can edit it as they want
