2) Prepared strong presentations in my mind that I am really something else
3) Comparision of salary trend in the market
4) Suggested myself the best value for me keeping in view my experience
5) Telling management that this amount I need in every situation
6) At end throwing ball on organization ground requesting in gentle and intellegent way saying that " I strongly beleive in the organization for employee welfare socially & mentally, and confident that I shall not be disappointed.
So we have to do our study of our value, no company or person is out there to value you.
salary is just related to demand & supply method, some time employer want to get rid of that person ,,, most of the time emplyee think that he may get more from other organisation for the same job but fact of the matter is that salary is not the only good criteria for a worker to continue,,,
