As long as you are organized then punctuality will not be a problem for you.
Prepare yourself for the day to come.
ensure that all the necessary tools that you'll need is already packed and ready for the day ahead.
Try to always be a hour ahead of time at all times.

First of all you must know how to mange your time with the tools available in order to punctual anything you like , but in my point of view the best is study well the duties you got and plan how to do it within the time needed before you try to work on it and must be multi- skills as well in order not to finish some tasks on time and drop others.

first of all Accept that punctuality is a real problem i have to solve, the time is a real trick which can solve this mentally and physically both.
one should have realized and finalized to be at every where10 MINUTES EARLY.
all the tasks should be done10 minutes early.
and the repeated behavior for couple of days will make it permanent behavior.

plan ahead, visit the location at the same time a day earlier and decide on traffic conditions and travell time,.i also recommend that you enter the building and have afeel of the atmosphere and dress code.
