How can i find chiller & generator technicians in Saudi Arabia with a transferable iqama?

Here not available easily any type of skilled workers, KSA foreign policy is very tough for TCN. That's why mostly workers came here though company visa, me also, more and most Companies not give NOC. Im very tired I need job with well reported farm who give me attractive salary. May be it not possible here .* Im Chiller Technician Sir/Madam.
