Some general thoughts that might help motivating a team1 getting them to know, understand and adopt the organization's mission or goal and seeing how their objectives and daily activities fetting In the big picture.2 involving them in writing the KPIs of the department; that way they will adopt it.3 praise in public and coach in private4 as a leader you should give them a good example of every single activity you perform5 when a goal is achieved make them feel they have done it themselves

Let them motivate in the following ways,

1) Greetings from each other employees - so that mutual understanding and cordial working atmosphere will be created

2) Self Appraisal : conducting weekly meeting with co-workers and employees; ask them to review on their performance viz, towards workplace, workload and outcome 

3) Celebrating the success of bringing more output (as this is usually required to be performed) by which makes them motivated and infuse some bettement in their usual performance.

4) Team leading and lean implementation.

5) Conducting "productivity improvement seminars"
