We need left side for logical thinking and right side for creative/lateral thinking
A leader or a manager uses both sides of the brain. You need the right and the left hand side of the brain, the cognitive and the emotional. I think that is right for certain kinds of decisions such as when you are gathering information and trying to make sense of the information.
We need both. For creative thinkers who need to have out of box results, Right brain.
i am not sure about the part of the brain you should use as a leader, infact you should use all of it as a leader to take the right decision at the right time on the right situation. emotion,aggression, creativity everything should be thhere.
