Consider a time when you were resistant to a change at work. What were the circumstances? Why were you resisting? What was the outcome?

The last time it happened when middle management decided to implement a policy which I found not aligned to the announced company's strategy. I prepared a report to objectively explain my views and it was accepted to drop that policy.

I do not have the luxary to resist. One day the client may discontnue the contract. Another client comes in. But work goes on at the BPO.An Isp job profile may change to a banking job profile if the client changes. On should be multi skilled to cope with the new situation. This is globalisation.
