Having desgined a performance management system for the Reseasrc center, we had encountered many challenges, we were able to deisgn the KPI rating system, although initially the evaluation based on KIP rating was not evedence based, Later we decided to have a quantitative asssessments of the achievements to the respective KPI for complete documentation, which can justify the ratings so as to come up with a final rating.
