In your point of view, what do you think is the best way to teach the language? A way that motivates the teacher in the first place then his students.

The language should be taught with its original style and pattern. The teacher must have fully command and confident on the language he is going to teach. First of all he must have focus on the word vocabulary to them,  then using the sample grammar with small and easy sentences of daily use. If you feel that the student had gained some word power and vocabulary with them then impose the same language in that specified class, and so on..... Thus our student will be fluent in that language and master of the same.

Communicative approach is the key

Vocabulary,grammar , writing, reading and oral.
