The working hour are determine by the low of each country according to each organization activity: (School are different than Trade company Than Banks Than Manufacture ..etc).
The working hour are divided by48 hr per month. to fit the daily schedule (8 hr / week )
The8 hr can be modify to fit the organization culture ( Ex. organization work8:30hr during5 days to skip Sat/ Sun ( oversea country ) or Thur/ Frid ( Arabic Country ) , some organization work9hr during(5 -1/2 ) days including1 hour break/5 days ) . deepened on the nature & work organization need to achieve in it's goals.
* Nature of the working hour can be divided also:
- (Administration whom work inside an office ) can have one shift8:00 AM until5:00 pm ( like Lebanon ) or can have2 shift ( gulf country8:00 AM -1:00 PM then4:00 PM -8:00 PM )
-Worker who work outside door (Construction worker ) need to have flexible timing and they work in different teams with multiple shifts ( Because of the weather ).
- Sales team can have one long week and short week during the month ex:1st week work from10:00 until1:00 and the next week they work from2:00 until11:00 PM according to the Mall policy where the shop is.
- in case of overtime hour : they should have to return to the libare-law to see the policy of each country to give the employee equivalent price "1hr over time =1.30 hr /day , addition to that you should take in consideration : each Extra hour during the week has a different calculation than the one during holidays.
Most professional company's stick to these laws yet other refuse to give the employee their rights also if employee are happy with the management fairness and the team spirit in their company they will lovely work extra hour without asking for overtime. all that are depending on the Company , The management , The Manager , The Employee and the Laws!
متوسط ساعات العمل غالبا ما يكون8 ساعات
فى البدايه عندما يكون الفرد مبتدىء لا يمتلك المهارات الكافيه من الممكن ان يعمل بعدد ساعات من10 الى12 ساعه فى اليوم حتى يمتلك المهارات الكافيه
ثم ينتقل الى مكانه افضل فتقل ساعات العمل فيكون متوسط ساعات العمل من6 الى8 ساعات مما يجعله يجد الوقت ما بين الحين والاخر لتعلم مهارات جديده - الى ان يستطيع فى النهايه العمل بنظام جزئى لايتعدى الــ5 ساعات فى اليوم - ويمكنه العمل فى الوقت المناسب بالنسبه له وهذا النظام معروف خصوصا فى الدول الغربيه
العمل الجيد ليس بطول ساعات العمل ولكن بإتقانه على أكمل وجه ... لكن لابد من الراحه البدنية والنفسية للعامل لكي يعطيك عمل أفضل .. وانا مع المقولة الشهيرة لأفلطون : ( لا تطلب سرعة العمل بل أطلب تجويده، فإن الناس لا يسألون عن مدة إنجازه وإنما ينظرون إلى إتقانه وجودة صنعه ) .. ياريت الناس تعمل كده ولكن ........!!

اعتقادي6 ساعات + ساعة راحة مناسب حسب طبيعة المنشئة لان ليس من العدل تساوي الساعات مع شركات ربجية وشركات خدمية وشركات غير ربحية
وبخصوص العمل لساعات زائدة لا اؤيدة غالبا لانه يطغي علي حياتك الاجتماعية ولكن اذا كان في وقت ضغط عمل او مشروع لتسليمة في الوقت المناسب يعتبر هنا العمل لساعات طويلة من المسؤلية التي لديك تجاة منشآتك

الساعات اللتي تضمن فيها ان الموظف يقوم بعمله على اكمل وجه هي8 ساعات وبعد ذلك تقل انتاجية هذا الموظف
طول ساعات العمل ليست ميزة للموظف الا في حال ان حاجة العمل تتطلب منه دوام اضافي
لا أعلم لماذا تم تحديد ساعات العمل بـ8 ساعات...!
العمل ليس بالساعات ولكن بالإنتاجية...
وأتمنى تطبيق نظام (الوقت المرن) Flexible time، وهذا أحد أنواع الدوام العالمي...
طبعاً بإستثناء الوظائف التي تستدعي التواجد الدائم...
