The leaders who work most effectively, it seems to me, never say “I.” And that’s not because they have trained themselves not to say “I.” They don’t think “I.” They think “we”; they think “team.”
They understand their job to be to make the team function. They accept responsibility and don’t sidestep it, but “we” gets the credit…. This is what creates trust, what enables you to get the task done.

Partially agree with this. Those who assume power with self belief and trust and leads a team of ordinary people who believe in their leader and feel empowered as a team.
I woild rather say that "Effective leaders rely on thier powers to make ALL subject stakeholders powerful." My point is that grouping "OTHER PEOPLE" might exclude some who should be empowerd by the leaders rather than a selective group.
A leader always knows, that a team is as weak as its weakest member.... that being said, a leader's goal is to make his team strong and work on all the members weaknesses...
