Healthy breakfast should contain complex carbohydrate such as oats, wheat and proteins and some good fat

a healthy breakfast, should be high in fibers and nutrients, rather than being full of refined grains, sugar, salt,  and/or saturated fat.

you should try to atleast have5 grams of fiber and5 grams of protein.

- apple and cheeze.

- milk shake.

- rasberry and cereal.

-1 egg white +1 toast + vegetables.
