Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) are both systems designed to automate and streamline processes in a business. While CRM is a system for managing the front-end of the business, ERP is involved in managing the back-end. The relationship between ERP and CRM is that these are two systems that need to work in conjunction with each other in order for the front and back office of the business to work effectively and efficiently.

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), planning here is to plan your gools andand to coloct as much data you may need to do so, in the other hand when you are giving a product or service to a client, one of the magor things that makes a long relationship is the after sale service which is too part depened on the item you are selling ( product or service ) in both, he may need maintenance or assist, so there come the need of the  Customer Relationship Management (CRM) where by using it you can mange the level of after sale service you want to reach to maxmise your client data base and thier satisfaction so that they can come to you rather than any other compatitor.
