I think you must use any computerized accounting software which can help you to solve your issues
you can get the worksheet by searching from google, there are pretty much free worksheets out there. I do not know to what extent you may need it lke either u want reconciliation in it, or in it u can view according to the vouchers.
depending on your need, however now its available on google.
