It will be nice as it will give you the impression of the home warmth.Instead of wasting time in traffic moving between many places , your kids will persuade you not to take even one day rest as they would like to spend the day in the company. It will be like your home and their home.

I believe it is important to have company socials now and then. By doing this, employees will feel they are being appreciated for their work.

Socialization impacts human relations in businesses in a number of ways. It provides employees with the skills and customs necessary for participating within the corporate culture and increases motivation. Generally, socialization shapes the way employees view teamwork, work habits and the sharing of information, which are all important factors for a business.

Some of the key factors of having company socials:

  1. Increased and improve communication between employees.

  2. Discovery and development of desirable characteristics.

  3. Get to know everyone in the company.
  4. Relief from stress.

  5. Creative problem solving.

  6. Achieving greater self-assurance and developing self-initiative.
