TN>> Earth- Neutral Connection
TN-C >> Earth-Neutral Combined
TN-C-S>> Earth-Neutral Combined Segregated

TN is normally used for residential bulding in may areas/countries
the other grounding systems are installed purposely; grounding system also depends also on GFCI (Ground Fault Current Interruption) or RCD (Residual Current Device) installation requirements.
