Action items:

- training: with specifying the period to be re-evlauated after the training

- relocating (rotation): to put him/her in another job that we think he is suitable for and would bring his appraisal up

- guiding the employee: by giving him dos and donts so he will be aware of all these, and we should listen to him to see why he is not performing well in the current job and based on this provide specific training and job rotation if needed.
