Why is it so popular in gulf to hire westerners for management position? Whereas i find a lot of other equally talented!

1) Because unfortunately westerners are patients, clever, and know how to finish a product or service in a professional way.

2) Because unfortunately history shows that arabs recently were sleeping (and still sleeping) while westerners won the race.

3) Because unfortunately arabs (especially QATAR) love to SHOW OFF and prove to the world that she is the best since they own the best westerners in all fields. (Bad Girl)

4) Because unfortunately we (the arabs) have taught westerners all the fields of sciences when they were in their dark and barbarian life and they are using what we taught them against us.

So, are you serious? You really don't know why?

It can be a life style that the Gulf is showing, proficiency and goal reaching is now connected to westerners. it is actually a pitiful way of thinking and reflects how the Arab region does not trust their own educational outcomes.
