Hi,
There are very many factors and there is no customized answer as it differs as per the needs of the organization at that particular period....but the base needs to be built strongly on these factors...
1. Focusing on the goals irrespective of hurdles and reframing, if necessary, the objectives with specific time frames.
2. Considering customer as a co inventor and framing the product push accordingly.
3. Empowering team but with proprietary and accountability at all levels.
You need only three but have to add one more.....without which its not complete
4. Keep ‘pencil pushing’ ( frequent analysis ) a must so you can avoid fire fighting
All the best
I agree to all but the base things are :
1. Dedication
2. Honesty
3. Hard-work and Good luck too
As i guess we all know that an Engine runs the car and the Engine wont start unless you switch the keys on And the Only kEY HOLDER is the CEO RECENTLY WE STARTED USING WHEELS THE WHEELS ARE THE "CIO" they speed up transmittion
1. Better before cheaper—in other words, compete on differentiators other than price.
2. Revenue before cost—that is, prioritize increasing revenue over reducing costs.
3. There are no other rules—so change anything you must to follow Rules1 and2.
